MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES KUD

I have always been able to identify different peoples perspectives on things and figure out how the compare to one another and see how their different experiences will affect how the view things.  One time I was interviewed to ladies withing weeks of each other and their stories and thoughts were so different that I thought I would share what I think about them with you.

The first woman that I talked with had been forced to stop fostering children due to age and the death of her husband.  She had over 50 years of experience with the system and in all honesty wasn't crazy about the way that it was run.  She actually seemed downright against many of the things that they
did, and had many ideas for possible improvement.  I figure that the amount of time that she spent caring for these children drained her and it really wouldn't surprise me if she only really remembered the bad parts.

The other woman had only been fostering kids for a few years when I talked to her.  All of her experiences were very positive towards the DCF system and had nothing that she would change with it.  Now, I found this a little bit suspicious at first, but soon I figured that she had had so little time working with these people, and had everything work in her favor, that of course she would view it from a more positive side.

The reason I chose to share this story with you is that I though that it would be a good chance to stress my point that you really need to understand the full aspects of a persons story before you can fugure out how their brain works.
